Touch grass

"Touch grass" is used on the internet to ask someone to go outside. The phrase also implies that the person to whom the insult is directed spends too much time online and that they need to go outside and "touch some grass" to get back in touch with the real world.

It can also mean "to sit down", as in "to calm down" or to be less eager.
