However, we may retain your invoices and receipts for up to 10 years in order to comply with our legal obligation to provide accounting information to the tax authorities.

Our use of Google data is limited to specific use cases, such as accessing and storing analytics, comments and posts from your accounts on GoogleMyBusiness, Blogger and YouTube. We may also access data from your Google Analytics account in real time if you authorize this through our reporting section. In addition, we securely store access tokens from Google that allow us to publish on your behalf on Google My Business, Blogger and YouTube. These access tokens can be revoked at any time.
Please note that when you use our services to connect to other platforms, you are subject to the privacy policies of those platforms. We cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these supported platforms. Based on your settings, we also make personal data available to certain third parties to support us in the provision or operation of our services.
Our application uses OpenAI's API (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy) to generate captions for your social media content. We only share the specific data required to create these captions with OpenAI. This may include the text you provide for caption creation. We do not share your personal information or content from your social media accounts without your explicit consent.
By using the AI functionality in our app to create labels, you consent to the transfer of the data required to create labels to OpenAI. This consent is an integral part of the use of the AI functions. Please note, however, that this consent applies specifically to the AI functionality and does not extend to other data transfers. You can revoke your consent by terminating the use of the AI functions.
6.2 Service providers and advertisers
We engage service providers to perform various functions and services for us in the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries. For example, we use third-party services to host our blogs and websites and to analyze the use of our services, such as Google Analytics.

- ResponsibilityYou are responsible for managing and securing your MFA credentials, including the app or device used for authentication. This includes protecting any codes or tokens generated by Google Authenticator or a similar app.
- Access and securityMFA with Google Authenticator or a similar app is intended to protect your account from unauthorized access. You agree not to share your MFA credentials or generated codes with others and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. If you connect Google Authenticator to our services, you must comply with DotSimple's and Google's privacy policies. - ComplianceFailure to comply with this MFA requirement may result in the suspension or termination of your DotSimple account. We reserve the right to enforce this measure to protect the security of your data and our platform.

Safety note
Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our services and any transmission is at your own risk. 8. your rights

8.1 Access to or correction of your personal data If you have registered an account with DotSimple, we will provide you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete or modify the personal information you have provided and associated with your account.
8.2 Deletion We retain data until it is no longer required to provide our services or until your account is deleted, whichever comes first.
If you follow the instructions provided, your account will be deactivated and then deleted. If your account is deactivated, you will lose access to your account across all our services. For up to 90 days after deactivation, it is possible to restore your DotSimple account if it was deactivated accidentally or by mistake. The same applies to team member or customer accounts that you delete within DotSimple.
For immediate account deletion, please contact us via email at office@DotSimple.io and allow up to 72 hours for us to process your request. If your account is deleted, all content created within your account, including content generated by team members and customers, will also be deleted and you will not be able to recover this information later. In addition, any personal data stored in third-party applications that we use to manage your account will be deleted.
If you do not wish to delete your account but would like to temporarily stop using our services, you can contact us to deactivate your account for a maximum of 90 days.
8.3 Objection, restriction or withdrawal of consent If you wish to withdraw consent when using any of our services that require login information, please contact us and we will deactivate your account for you.
You have the right to request that we do not process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for such purposes.
