A social media campaign is part of a strategic marketing plan that uses social media to achieve a business objective. Social media campaigns can be conducted on one or more social media platforms and are tracked and measured over a period of time. This type of campaign is different from your regular social media postings and is usually tied to a specific theme, e.g. Black Friday or London Fashion Week.
