Are You Up for the Challenge?

You can be a part of it and help us dispel old clichés such as "social media is not for me". You don't need ironed blouses or tight-fitting ties. What we are looking for is someone who wants to achieve great things with us.

Your tasks:

• Qualification of leadsYou check whether prospective customers are a good fit for our products and services and qualify them for the next step in the sales process.
• Identification of customer needsYou conduct targeted discussions with potential customers to understand their needs and wishes and create a solid basis for the further sales process.
• Overcoming objectionsYou skillfully respond to initial objections, answer questions and thus pave the way for a successful closing.
•  Making an appointmentYou ensure that the right contacts get in touch with each other and successfully arrange appointments for our closing specialists.
• DocumentationYou record all relevant information in our CRM system and ensure a seamless handover to the closing team.
• Participation in eventsOccasionally you will represent our company at trade fairs, seminars and other events in order to acquire new customers and maintain existing contacts.

Here's What You Need:

• Completed training is an advantage, but not essential.
• You have a high willingness to learn and a quick grasp of things.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and a confident manner.
• You are disciplined, can handle pressure to perform and have a pleasant and convincing voice.
• Previous experience in online marketing, social media or sales is a plus, but not a requirement.
