That is your mission with us:
- Initial contact & qualification: You are responsible for making contact and speaking openly and in a friendly manner with various contact persons - from assistants to decision-makers. You recognize which interested parties are a good fit for our solution and forward qualified leads to our closing team.
- Scheduling & handover: For interested parties who qualify as suitable leads, you organize appointments with our closing team and ensure that all relevant information is available for handover.
- Data maintenance & documentation: You maintain all customer information independently and conscientiously in our CRM system to ensure smooth collaboration and clear processes.
- Participation in events: Occasionally you will represent our company at trade fairs, network meetings and other events to make new contacts and maintain existing relationships.
What you bring with you:
- Strong communication skills & persuasiveness: Whether on the phone or in (online) meetings - you approach every conversation with a friendly, authentic manner and gain the trust of your conversation partners with your confident demeanor.
- Motivation & self-drive: You tackle your tasks with commitment because it is important to you to offer our customers real added value with our solution.
- Independence & personal responsibility: You work independently and maintain an overview even with 30 open to-dos.
- Willingness to learn: You are open to learning new things and enjoy developing yourself further.
- Experience in the field of social media: Previous experience in dealing with social media is an advantage in order to better understand the needs of our customers.
- CRM management: Experience in Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus, but more important is your willingness to reliably document customer data.
What You'll Get:
- A fixed basic salary: Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for IT services and amounts to at least €2,102/gross full-time; a higher salary is of course possible with appropriate qualifications and professional experience.
