Your tasks:

  • Efficient back office managementSupport our team by organizing and managing administrative tasks (e.g. appointment coordination, correspondence, document management) to ensure smooth operations in our fast-paced startup
  • AccountingTake on a variety of tasks in the preparation of financial accounting and payment transactions
  • Support of the sales team: Support the sales team in acquiring new potential customers and in maintaining and supporting existing customer relationships
  •  Preparation and editing of documentsCreate and update documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Project supportSupport our team in the administration and processing of financing and funding projects in order to successfully implement projects and ensure our sustainable growth
  • Event and travel managementPlan and organize internal and external events, such as workshops, company events or business trips

Here's What You Need:

  • Experience in back office management, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial accounting 
  • Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and ideally experience with Canva
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
  • Strong teamwork skills and the desire to work in a creative and growing startup
  • Independent and reliable way of working and a high sense of responsibility
  • An organized way to keep track of 30 open to-dos and set the right priorities

  • A fixed basic salary. The remuneration is based on the collective agreement for IT services and amounts to at least € 2,102/gross full-time, a higher salary is of course possible with appropriate qualifications and professional experience
